The screenshot stored on that check: the page as a visitor saw it, kept with its HTML and never edited.

Detection is content-level: ChangeTower reads the words and the HTML. The screenshot is the stored record of the page, never compared against anything.

Every product, deal and pricing page in one place, your own store's included. Open a row for what changed and how the page looked.

AI Monitoring

Monitor only the products, prices, or other content you care about

Write your alert criteria in plain language, per monitor. The AI reads every change against them: matches reach you, the rest is archived.

Criteria in your own words.

No thresholds buried in settings screens. Say what deserves an alert and the monitor holds to exactly that.

"Alert me if the price drops below $200, or it goes out of stock"
Every change is classified against your rule before anything reaches you
Changes that don't match are archived without an alert, so the record stays whole
Every alert carries a plain-language summary of what moved
Change the rule any time, per monitor

One rule, written once. The $249 bump is archived; the out-of-stock flip and the drop below $200 reach you.

Price & promo history

Every product or price change tracked in a single source of truth

Every check stores a snapshot, changed or not. Prices, offers and codes become a record you can open to any date.

Every price and offer, dated and kept.

Prove what your pages showed. When a price-match or ad-accuracy question turns on a date, open it and export.

Coverage

Purpose-built for the signals price watchers actually track.

A hot restock is gone in an hour, a supplier price list moves once a quarter, your own store changes every deploy. Set check frequency per page, as often as every 5 minutes.

Use cases

Where price watchers put ChangeTower to work.

Buy at the right moment, not the moment you remembered

Set the rule once: below your number, back in stock, new code. With checks as often as every 5 minutes, the alert lands while the deal is live, not after it sells out.

Keep your own prices right, deploy after deploy

A catalog update drops a sale price. A promo banner vanishes mid-campaign. An item shows out of stock that isn't. Every check verifies your pages, so you catch it before a customer does.

An archive of every offer you ran

Every price and discount your pages displayed, stored as dated snapshots. A price-match request, an ad-accuracy question or a pricing complaint that turns on a date becomes a lookup.

Watch the market without the tab habit

Competitor price pages, supplier price lists and marketplace listings, checked on schedule and summarized. The buying team reads what moved in seconds.

FAQ

Questions price watchers ask first.

How does price and stock monitoring work?

You add the product, deal or pricing pages you care about and write the rule in plain language, such as alert me below $200 or when it is back in stock. ChangeTower checks each page as often as every 5 minutes and emails you when the rule is met, with a dated snapshot of what the page showed.

What is a snapshot, and how long is it kept?

A dated capture of a page: what was rendered and the HTML behind it, stored on every check, changed or not. Each is timestamped and retrievable, so "I'm sure it was cheaper last week" becomes a record.

Can I get an alert only when the price drops below a number I set?

Yes, that's the recommended setup. Describe your criteria in plain language: "alert me if the price drops below $200, or it goes out of stock". The AI reads every change against that rule and archives what doesn't cross your threshold, without an alert: the history stays complete, your channel hears only what matters.

How often are product and pricing pages checked?

As often as every 5 minutes, set per monitor: every few minutes for a restock that sells out in an hour, weekly for a supplier price list. Tune it any time, up before a sale, back down after.

Can you watch a price that only appears after a cookie banner, a size picker or a login?

Yes. Record the steps once as manual user actions: close the cookie banner, dismiss the popup, pick the size. ChangeTower replays them before every check, so you watch the price a shopper would see.

Can I watch just the price and ignore the rest of the page?

Yes. Selective monitoring watches just the part you care about: the price block, the stock badge, the coupon field. Reviews, recommendations and rotating banners stop counting as changes, most of a retail page's noise.

Will I get too many alerts?

No, and that's the point of the AI layer. Banners rotate, review counts tick up, recommendations reshuffle: retail pages change constantly. Your criteria decide what deserves an alert; everything else is read, classified and archived quietly. The record stays complete, your channel quiet.

Can I monitor my own store's prices and stock?

Yes, and sellers lean on it hard. Watch your own product and landing pages: confirm every price, sale badge and discount survives each deploy, and get alerted if a sale banner or price block goes missing mid-campaign. The snapshots double as a dated archive of every offer.

How many products or brands can we track at once?

Yes. Bulk setup imports a whole SKU list or wishlist in one pass. Monitors stay organized by retailer, brand or client, each group's alerts routed to its own channel: restocks to you, price-list changes to the buying team. The archive filters the same way.

Where do price alerts get sent?

Email, Slack or Microsoft Teams. Alert rules decide what reaches you, so a price crossing your number lands immediately while a reworded description is archived quietly.

Can you alert me when an item comes back in stock?

Yes. Say so in plain language when you set the monitor, and the check that finds the item available again is the one that emails you.

How is this different from a browser price tracker or a deal site?

A deal site shows you what it decided to list, and most trackers only follow big marketplaces. ChangeTower watches any page you can reach by URL, including supplier price lists and your own store, and keeps a dated record of what each page showed.

Stop finding out about the drop after it's gone.

Put the pages you care about under a monitor and get alerted the moment your criteria are met. First monitor live in under 5 minutes.
