How do I start a bulk import?
Click New Monitor in the left navigation, then Monitor Multiple Pages. Paste your URLs or upload a spreadsheet instead of adding pages one at a time.
Can I paste URLs instead of a file?
Yes. Add one URL per line in the import box. Or choose Import from Spreadsheet and use our template or your own file.
How many URLs can I import at once?
As many as your plan's monitored-page allowance covers. Larger lists are created in the background, and we email you once every monitor is live.
Which criteria can I apply in bulk?
The monitoring threshold and the check type: content changes, keyword changes, or Smart Monitor, our AI-powered option. Also tags, email alerts, check frequency, and whether we notify you on every check or only on changes.
Do imported monitors share the same settings?
At import time, yes. Every criteria you choose applies to each URL, which keeps a large batch consistent. Once created, each monitor is independent and editable on its own.
Can I review the list before importing?
Yes. You see the full list first, drop anything that does not belong, and add pages you missed. Nothing is created until you save.
How do I know when the import is finished?
We email you when the batch is complete. Monitors appear in your dashboard as they are created and start checking on your chosen frequency.
