From keyword to alert in three steps.

No selectors, no scripts. Add a page, list the words that matter, and ChangeTower checks for them every run.

1

Add a page and your keywords

Paste any URL, then add the terms you want tracked: product names, legal terms, competitor names, or risk language.

2

ChangeTower checks every term

It renders the page the way a person sees it, then searches the visible copy for every keyword on your list.

3

Get alerted on added or removed

You get the keyword, the direction it moved, and the line it sat in, by email, Slack, or Teams.

Every keyword change, caught.

A page can be rewritten a dozen ways and still say the same thing. Track the words that carry the risk, and skip the rest.

Added & Removed Triggers

Alert on a keyword appearing, disappearing, or both. A term going missing is often the more telling signal.

Words & Exact Phrases

Track a single word or a full phrase like “material adverse change.” Matching ignores capitalization, so every version of the term counts.

A Keyword List Per Page

Every page carries its own list: enforcement language on a regulator page, pricing terms on a competitor page, all from one dashboard.

Context With Every Alert

Each alert names the keyword and shows the sentence around it, so you can judge it before opening the page.

Which keyword changed, and where it sits.

Skip the full page. The alert names the term, the direction it moved, and the line it appeared in.

How teams use keyword monitoring.

Competitive Intelligence

Track pricing and positioning terms on competitor pages. When “free trial” disappears or “enterprise” shows up, you know the motion changed before the announcement.

Compliance & Legal

Watch regulator and vendor pages for the clause language your policy team reviews. Every hit is timestamped, so the record is an audit trail.

Brand & Reputation

Follow brand, product, and executive names across partner, press, and review pages. Know when a mention appears, and when one quietly comes down.

Vendor & Risk Oversight

Watch status pages, security bulletins, and supplier sites for terms like “breach,” “recall,” or “discontinued,” then route each hit to its owner.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get alerted when a keyword is removed?

Yes. Each keyword can trigger on appearing, disappearing, or both. A term going missing is often the more useful signal: a guarantee dropped, a product retired, a clause quietly pulled.

Do keywords have to match exactly?

Matching ignores capitalization, so “Enterprise” and “enterprise” both count. Track single words or full phrases; a phrase works better when a common word would fire on every page.

How quickly will I know when a keyword changes?

As often as every 5 minutes, depending on your plan. When a term is added or removed, you get the keyword, the direction, and the line it appeared in by email, Slack, or Teams.

Can I track different keywords on different pages?

Yes. Every monitor carries its own keyword list, schedule, and notification settings, so a regulator page and a competitor page can track different terms in one workspace.

Will I hear about every other edit to the page?

No. You only hear about your terms. A rewritten headline, a rotating banner, or a new timestamp stays out of your inbox unless it moves a word on your list.

Can I see when a keyword was first added or last seen?

Yes. Every check is stored as a timestamped snapshot, so you can open any point in the monitor’s history, see what changed, and export the record as an audit trail.
