Before you pick a plan.
What counts as a page?
A page is one URL you add to monitoring. It counts once against your limit however many things you ask ChangeTower to look for on it, so watching a headline, a price and a clause on the same URL is still one page.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan monitors 3 pages, checked once a day, at no cost and with no card. It includes AI monitoring, content change detection, keyword tracking and email notifications, the same detection the paid plans use.
Do paid plans come with a trial?
Every paid plan includes a 5-day free trial, and you get the whole plan during it rather than a cut-down version. You add a card when you start, and the plan is charged automatically once the 5 days are up. Cancel before then and nothing is charged.
How much does annual billing save?
Annual billing takes 20% off, which works out at $10 a month for Lite, $29 for Essential and $62 for Business. Over a year that is $24, $84 and $192 respectively. Enterprise is priced on your page count.
What currency are prices in?
All prices on this page are in US dollars. Tax is not added on top, so the figure on the card is the figure you are charged, monthly or yearly. Enterprise is quoted separately against your page count and your regions.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan at any time, and the change takes effect straight away. Billing is prorated, so you pay the difference for the rest of the cycle rather than starting a new one.
What happens when I reach my page limit?
You cannot create new monitors once you reach the page limit on your plan. To add more, move up to a plan with a higher page count and the new limit applies straight away, with nothing to set up again.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time from your account and will not renew for the following period. There is no lock-in contract on monthly billing.
How often are my pages checked?
It depends on the plan: once a day on Free and Lite, hourly on Essential, every 20 minutes on Business, and a schedule you set on Enterprise. From Essential upwards you can also give each monitor specific days and times rather than a fixed interval.
Where do alerts get sent?
Email notifications are on every plan, including Free. Slack, webhooks and MCP for AI assistants are on Business and Enterprise. Every plan can also export the content of a notification and leave comments on it for the rest of the team.
How long is snapshot history kept?
A snapshot is stored on every scheduled check, changed or not, and kept for the period shown in the table above. On Enterprise, retention is configured to whatever period your records policy needs rather than a fixed window.
