Product update — April 29, 2026
A clearer upgrade path, and an onboarding flow for agencies
Changing plan now happens over the page you are on instead of sending you to a separate billing area. Advanced monitor options show clearly when they belong to a higher plan, and there is a dedicated setup path if you monitor sites on behalf of clients.
New
An upgrade flow that does not lose your work
Changing plan now happens in a window over the page you are on, rather than sending you off to a separate billing area and back. It shows the full plan grid and a feature comparison, and supports 3D Secure for cards that require it.
An onboarding path for agencies
If you monitor sites on behalf of clients rather than for your own company, you can now say so during setup and get a flow that fits. Onboarding steps also advance in a single click, and every step has a back button.
Improved
See what is available on higher plans
Advanced monitor options such as lazy load handling, content thresholds, element interactions and ignored elements now show clearly when they are part of a higher plan, rather than simply not working. If you are eligible for a trial, you will see that too.
More reliable checks on protected sites
Our crawler behaves more like a real visitor, which improves success rates on sites that are strict about automated traffic. If a site you monitor has been intermittently failing, this release should help.
Chrome extension
The extension now remembers the last workspace you used and focuses the URL field as soon as it opens.
Fixed
- Fixed a caching issue that could show a stale list of Slack channels.
