How do I start a bulk import?
Click New Monitor in the left navigation, then choose Monitor Multiple Pages. From there you can paste a list of URLs or upload a spreadsheet instead of filling in the form one page at a time.
Can I paste URLs instead of uploading a file?
Yes. Add one URL per line in the import box. If you would rather work from a file, choose Import from Spreadsheet and use the provided template or upload your own.
How many URLs can I import at once?
As many as the monitored-page allowance on your plan covers. Larger lists are created in the background, and you get an email once every monitor is live.
Which monitoring criteria can I apply in bulk?
The monitoring threshold and the check type — content change monitoring, keyword change monitoring, or Smart Monitor, our AI-powered option. You can also set tags, email alerts, check frequency, and whether we notify you only on changes or after every check.
Do all the imported monitors share the same settings?
At import time, yes — every criteria you choose applies to each URL in the list, which is what keeps a large batch consistent. Once the monitors exist, each one is independent and can be edited on its own.
Can I review the list before the monitors are created?
Yes. After the URLs are read in, you see the full list and can remove anything that does not belong or add pages you missed — nothing is created until you save.
How do I know when the import is finished?
We email you when the batch is complete. The monitors appear in your dashboard as they are created and begin checking on the frequency you set.
