A week of alerts is not a summary.

Each alert tells you that one page changed once. The people upstream do not want forty of them, they want to know what happened this week.

Someone scrolls back through the alerts

When a manager or a client asks what changed, the answer lives in a run of notification emails. Somebody opens each one, works out which pages it covered, and writes the summary themselves.

The update is rebuilt by hand, every time

The Monday competitor digest, the monthly client review, the quarterly compliance record. Each one is the same job repeated: gather the changes, describe them, format them, send them.

Set a report up once. It runs on its own after that.

Three choices when you create a report. Every delivery after that is written and sent without anyone touching it.

01

Choose the monitors

Search your monitors and tick the ones this report should cover: one client's pages, one competitor set, or every monitor in the workspace.

02

Set the cadence

Daily, on specific days of the week, or monthly, at the hour and minute you pick. Each delivery covers the period since the last one, and the period is printed at the top of the report.

03

Pick who receives it

Choose the members of your workspace who should get it by email. Turn on skip delivery if no changes detected and a quiet week sends nothing, rather than a report that says so.

Reports are available on the Business and Enterprise plans.

Written for the person who was not watching.

Every delivery follows the same shape, so a reader who sees one a week knows where to look.

An executive summary

A short, AI-written paragraph describing what changed across the whole set of monitors in the period, in plain language a stakeholder can read in thirty seconds.

Changes by monitor

Under the summary, each monitor that changed gets its own block: the page, the number of changes, and a bulleted description of each one.

The numbers

Total changes, monitors with changes and total monitors, at the foot of every report. A period where nothing moved is still a delivery, still dated, and still says so.

A PDF of every delivery

Each delivery can be downloaded as a PDF from inside ChangeTower, so the report you forward to a client or file with an audit is the same one the team saw.

Instructions for the AI

Tell the report what to focus on and how to phrase it: lead with price changes, ignore blog posts, write for a legal audience. The instructions apply to every delivery of that report.

A delivery history

Every past delivery stays in the app with its period, its status and the number of notifications it covered. When someone asks what the report said in March, it is still there.

Anyone who owes someone else a summary.

Agencies reporting to clients

One report per client, covering only that client's monitors, delivered the morning of the monthly review. The account manager forwards it rather than writing it.

Competitive intelligence teams

A Monday digest of every rival pricing, product and careers page that moved last week, with the AI told to lead with price and packaging changes.

Compliance and legal teams

A dated weekly record of what changed on the terms, disclosure and regulator pages you watch, downloaded as a PDF and filed, whether or not anything changed.

Team leads keeping stakeholders current

The people who need to know what changed are rarely the people who set up the monitors. Add them as recipients and they get the summary without the alerts.
