Compliance Monitoring & Website Archiving (v3)
Real-time change monitoring for proactive compliance teams.
ChangeTower scans your whole domain and stores a dated snapshot of every page on every check, so the record an auditor asks for already exists.
✓ No credit card · First page archived in 5 minutes
A snapshot is a dated capture of the page: the rendered page and the HTML behind it, stored on every scheduled check, whether the page changed or not. Filter by status or date range to pull the record for a specific day and export it.
These disclosures set out how advisory fees are calculated, when they are billed and what is included. They apply to all discretionary and advisory mandates held with Your Company Ltd.
| Portfolio value | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| 0 – 1M | 1.10% |
| 1M – 5M | 0.85% |
| 5M and above | 0.60% |
Fees are deducted from the cash balance of the account. Where insufficient cash is held, units may be sold to meet the charge.
This is the screenshot ChangeTower stored that day: the page exactly as a visitor saw it, kept alongside the HTML and never edited afterwards.
Detection is content-level. ChangeTower reads the words and the HTML. The screenshot is kept as the visual record of the page, not compared against anything.
Snapshots are stored on every check, whether the page changed or not, turning the pages you monitor into a complete, dated archive.
Thousands of companies and individuals rely on ChangeTower for real-time compliance monitoring across finance, healthcare, insurance, data management and industrial verticals.
Compliance depends on a record nobody was assigned to keep.
The status quo is a screenshot somebody took when they remembered. ChangeTower stores a dated snapshot of every page on every check, whether it changed or not.

The screenshot stored on that check: the page exactly as a visitor saw it, kept with its HTML.
Every day in between has a snapshot too, changed or not. That is what makes it a record rather than a highlight reel.
Or skip the export entirely and give the auditor their own read-only login, so they verify it at source.
When the audit comes, give the auditor their own login.
Emailing an auditor a folder of exports makes you the person who chose what to send. Give them their own scoped, read-only access instead.
Build the role. Set the permissions. Revoke it when they're done.
Roles are built permission by permission. An external reviewer sees the archive you scope them to and nothing else.
They verify the record themselves. You stop being the intermediary.
Plus an in-app activity stream: everything recently archived, and everything that changed, in one place.
Purpose-built for the sources compliance teams have to track.
Your own domain is one half of it. The other half is everything outside your control that your obligations still depend on.

Built to be trusted with your compliance record.
Least-privilege access
Every permission is granted explicitly, role by role. Nothing is inherited and nothing is on by default.
Encrypted in transit & at rest
Snapshots, credentials and archives are encrypted end to end.
Evidence-grade snapshots
Every snapshot is timestamped and immutable, stored exactly as captured. Defensible as a record, not a file in a folder.
Support that knows compliance
Real people help you scope the domain scan, the archive retention and the roles for your framework. Included with Enterprise plans.
Questions compliance teams ask first.
How does website archiving for compliance work?
You name the pages, or scan the whole domain, and ChangeTower checks each page on the schedule you set. Every check stores a dated snapshot of the rendered page and its HTML, changed or not, so the record is continuous rather than a highlight reel of the days something moved.
What is a snapshot, and what does it contain?
A dated capture of a page: the rendered page and the HTML behind it, stored every time a scheduled check runs, whether the page changed or not. Each one carries a precise timestamp and stays retrievable. That's what turns "we think it said X" into a record you can produce.
Can I prove exactly what a page said, and when?
Yes. That's what the daily archive is for. Open the page's snapshot list, filter to the date range in question, open the day you need and export it as a PDF or spreadsheet report for an examiner.
How does domain scanning work?
Give ChangeTower a root URL and set a cadence: weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Each run crawls the domain, follows every internal link it finds and hands back the full page list, marking which URLs are new since the previous run. You can narrow the crawl by path, or have it look for particular keywords across the pages it finds. You then choose which of those pages to put under a monitor, and at what cadence.
Can you alert us when something is missing, not just when it changes?
Yes, and it's often the more important case. Tell ChangeTower which elements have to be present, such as a copyright notice, a legal-centric footer, or a patent or risk disclaimer, and it alerts the team if one of them disappears from a monitored page. A removed disclosure is usually a worse problem than an edited one, and it's the change least likely to be caught by eye.
How many domains or clients can we monitor?
Yes. Scan multiple domains at once, or create a separate domain monitor per client or brand and keep the archives apart. Snapshots can be tagged and grouped by client, partner, site section or product set, so finding the right record later is a filter rather than a search.
Can our external auditor review the record themselves?
Yes. Create an Auditor role that is read-only and scoped to the pages and date ranges you choose, then invite them directly. They read the archive at source rather than reviewing a folder of exports you selected, which is what makes it an independent review. Revoke the access when the engagement ends.
How long are snapshots kept?
Retention is set per account, and compliance teams generally align it to their record-keeping obligation rather than a default. Talk to us about the period your framework requires and we'll configure it.
How do I control what triggers an alert, without writing code?
Yes. Instead of keyword lists or regular expressions, describe what matters in plain English, such as "alert me when fees, rates or review cadence change, ignore wording tweaks", and the AI applies that intent to every change it detects.
What kinds of pages can ChangeTower archive?
Any page reachable by URL, public or login-protected: your own domain, regulator notices and filings, partner and vendor terms, customer forums and message boards. Watch a single element, a full page, or an entire domain.
How often are pages checked?
You set the frequency per monitor, from daily archiving on the pages that carry an obligation to weekly on the long tail. Each page keeps its own cadence, and a snapshot is stored on every check whether the page changed or not.
Where do compliance alerts get sent?
Email, Slack or Microsoft Teams. Alerts route by folder, so disclosure changes reach compliance and marketing-page changes reach the team that owns the site, rather than everything landing in one inbox.
How is this different from the Wayback Machine or manual screenshots?
The Wayback Machine captures what it happens to crawl, and screenshots capture what somebody remembered to take. ChangeTower captures every page you name on a fixed schedule, with a precise timestamp and the HTML behind each capture, which is what makes it defensible.
Start the archive today, not the week you need it.
Put every page under a daily snapshot and have a dated record from today. First page archived in under five minutes.
