Detection is content-level. ChangeTower reads the words and the HTML. The screenshot is a dated record of the page, not compared against anything.

Every client and prospect page in one place: new roles, filled roles, team changes and funding news. Open a row for what changed and how the page looked that day.

The problem

Hiring signals sit public for days before anyone on your team sees them.

The status quo is a weekly sweep that slips whenever the desk gets busy. ChangeTower checks every client and prospect page for you, and routes each change to whoever owns it.

Folders

One folder per client, however many you manage.

Organize monitors into folders: one per client company, search, or deal. A list of 300 clients stays a list, not a pile.

Everything about a client, in one place.

Give each client a folder: careers, team, news in one place. Open it and you see the state of the account.

Teams

The alert lands in your workspace, not on one screen.

Add your team and everyone works from the same monitors, alerts and archive.

Invite teammates, set what each can see, and route every client's alerts to whoever owns the account.

AI Monitoring

Tell it which roles matter. It ignores the rest.

Describe what matters in plain language, per monitor. ChangeTower reads every change against your rule before anything reaches the team.

An alert for the roles you'd actually place.

A careers page changes for a hundred reasons. Write one rule for the handful you care about.

Criteria written per monitor, in your own words
"Alert the team when a senior engineering, product or sales role is posted, or a posting is removed"
Matches alert the channel; the rest are archived without a sound
The archive stays complete either way, so there are no gaps
The same rules work on team pages and newsrooms, not just careers

Minor edits are archived in silence. The roles you asked about reach the channel.

Browser extension

Found a careers page worth watching? Monitor it right there.

Prospecting starts wherever you're browsing: a careers page, a team page, a funding announcement. The ChangeTower browser extension turns that page into a monitor.

From stumbled-upon to monitored, before you close the tab.

On the careers page of a company you want as a client, click the icon and the page joins your monitors.

One click from any tab: the page you're on is filled in
Describe what to catch in plain language: "any new or removed job posting"
The monitor is live before you close the tab
Tune the cadence, scope and alert routing from the dashboard
Every extension monitor gets the full platform: AI summaries, alerts, the archive

Stumble on it, monitor it. The page you're reading joins your monitors, archived from its next check.

Case study

How a Dublin search firm turned careers pages into pipeline.

In terms of return on investment, ChangeTower is off the scale.
Recruiter, Dublin-based recruitment and executive search firm

A 50-person search firm with around 300 client companies lost a recruiter's hour every week to careers pages, because that is where the news breaks: "Nine times out of ten, they put it on their careers page." The checking didn't scale, and roles were getting filled before anyone saw them.

They moved the client list into ChangeTower in a couple of hours. Every careers page now runs on its own cadence: daily for top accounts, weekly for the long tail. Alerts carry the exact change, green for what appeared and red for what came down, and the whole team sees them at once. The firm attributes 1 to 2 placements a month to postings the alerts surfaced first.

300client companies watched from one account
~$14monthly monitoring spend, as reported by the firm
$24Kestimated monthly placement value from alert-led roles
1–2placements a month attributed to the alerts

Figures are the customer's own estimates, from the published case study.

Use cases

Where teams put job posting monitoring to work.

Recruitment & executive search

Watch every client's careers page for roles posted, filled or pulled. The desk hears within hours, so you can offer a shortlist before the search opens.

BD & sales prospecting

Hiring is a buying signal. A company staffing up has budget and a mandate. Watch prospect careers and news pages, and reach out the morning the signal shows.

Competitive hiring intelligence

Competitors' careers pages reveal roadmaps and expansion before any announcement. A sales build-out in a new region is worth knowing before the calls start.

Agencies & multi-client desks

One folder per client company, search or deal. Alerts route to whoever owns the account, and every client's monitors and archives stay separate.

Reliability & trust

Built to be trusted with your client list.

Cloud-based, always on

Nothing to install, nothing to babysit. Checks run on your schedule, whether anyone is at their desk or not.

Encrypted in transit & at rest

Snapshots, credentials and archives are encrypted end to end. Access is granted explicitly, role by role.

A record you can stand behind

Every snapshot is timestamped and immutable, stored exactly as captured. Tell a client the role went up on Tuesday, and you can show it.

Support that knows the job

Real people help you scope the client list, cadences and alert routing. Included with Enterprise plans.

FAQ

Questions recruitment teams ask first.

How does job posting monitoring work?

You add the careers, team and news pages you want watched, then say in plain language what matters, such as senior sales roles or any posting that disappears. ChangeTower checks each page on the schedule you set, stores a dated snapshot every time, and sends a plain-language summary of what changed.

What is a snapshot, and how long is it kept?

The rendered page and the HTML behind it, stored every time a check runs, changed or not. Each carries a precise timestamp and stays retrievable. That turns "I think that role was posted last week" into a record you can open. Retention is set per account, so tell us the period you need and we configure it.

Can you tell me when a job posting is removed, not just when one is added?

Yes, and it's often the sharper signal. Removed content shows in red, new content in green. A posting that disappears means the role was filled or pulled, and either is worth a call. You can also name elements that must always be present, and hear the moment one goes missing.

Will I get too many alerts?

No, and that's the point of the AI layer. Describe what matters in plain language, such as "alert me when a senior engineering, product or sales role is posted or removed, ignore internships and wording changes". Every change is classified before it reaches a channel. Minor edits are archived silently: complete record, quiet channel.

Can my whole team work from the same alerts?

Yes. Invite teammates and everyone shares the same monitors, alerts and archive. Add teammates to any monitor so the right people hear, and control what each can see and do: start from Admin or Viewer, or build a custom role. Alerts route by folder too, so each recruiter hears about their own accounts.

How many client and prospect sites can we watch?

Monitor as many domains as your plan covers, organized into folders: one per client company, search or deal. Bulk setup imports a whole client list in one pass, and finding a record later is a filter, not a search.

Can I watch only the list of openings and ignore the rest of the page?

Yes. Selective monitoring watches a single element or section, such as the open-roles list, and ignores the rest. A blog post or a banner swap never reaches you.

Can you monitor careers pages hosted on Greenhouse, Lever or Workday?

Any page reachable by URL can go under a monitor, wherever it is hosted, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and other hosted boards. Point it at the hosted listings page and it's watched like any page on the client's own domain, with the same AI summaries, alerts and archive.

How often are careers pages checked?

You set the frequency per monitor. Daily suits most careers pages, weekly covers the long tail, and checks can run as often as every 5 minutes when timing decides the placement. Each page gets its own cadence, so top accounts get attention without the rest becoming noise.

How do I find every careers page on a client's site?

Give ChangeTower the root URL and a cadence: weekly, biweekly or monthly. Each run crawls the domain's public pages, follows every internal link and hands back the full page list, marking which URLs are new since the last run. That's how you find every careers, team and press page a client has, then choose which to monitor and at what cadence.

Where do job posting alerts get sent?

Email, Slack or Microsoft Teams. Alerts route by folder, so each recruiter or account owner hears about their own accounts instead of everyone hearing everything.

Can you monitor careers pages behind a login?

Yes. Record the steps to reach the page once, including the sign-in, and ChangeTower replays them before every check, reading the page as a signed-in user would see it.

How is this different from job alerts or Google Alerts?

Job boards and Google Alerts show you what they index, when they index it. ChangeTower watches the exact pages you name, including client and prospect careers pages that never reach a board, and tells you what changed on them, with a dated snapshot behind every alert.

Stop finding out about roles after they're filled.

Put every client and prospect careers page under a monitor. First monitor live in under 5 minutes.
