Digital Experience Monitoring (v1)
Monitoring That Reads The Page, Not Just The Server.
ChangeTower reads what your pages actually say on every check and tells you within hours when a price, offer or button stops matching what you signed off.
✓ No credit card · First monitor live in 5 minutes
Every page here is under a monitor. ChangeTower checks it on your schedule, stores a dated snapshot, and summarizes what changed in plain language.
The screenshot stored on that check: the page exactly as a visitor saw it, kept with its HTML and never edited.
Detection is content-level. ChangeTower reads the words and the HTML. The screenshot is a dated record of the page, not compared against anything.
Every monitored page in one place: prices, claims, missing elements and policy edits. Open a row for what changed and how the page looked that day.
Uptime monitoring cannot see the errors that actually reach customers.
A dashboard can only tell you the page was delivered. ChangeTower reads what the page actually says on every check, so the wrong price becomes an alert, not a customer email.
Checking the site by eye
Browser tabs, bookmarks and memoryWith ChangeTower
Pages that check themselvesOne folder per property, however many you run.
Organize monitors into folders: the marketing site, the docs, each region, each brand. A few hundred pages stays a structure, not a pile.
Everything about one property, in one place.
Give each property a folder: pricing, product, legal, docs, each regional site. Open it to see the state of that property.
One folder per property. Agencies keep one per client site, archives kept apart.
The alert lands on the team, not one screen.
Whoever spots a wrong page is rarely the one who can fix it. Add your team, and marketing, web and legal work from the same monitors, alerts and archive.
Bring marketing, web and legal into one workspace.
Invite teammates, set what each can see, and route each property's alerts to the team that owns it.
One workspace for the team. Roles decide who creates monitors, who views, and who hears about what.
From the wrong price alert to a fixed page before nine.

AI summary: The Starter plan price changed from $39 to $29, and the "Start free trial" button is no longer on the page.
Routed to the channel your team already works in. Email, Teams and webhooks carry the same alert.
The Starter plan price changed from $39 to $29 per user, per month, and the Start free trial button is no longer on the Starter card. Nothing else on the page changed.
Every plan includes unlimited projects and the full platform. Change or cancel your plan at any time.

The screenshot stored on that check: the page exactly as a visitor saw it, kept with its HTML.
Every day in between has a snapshot too, changed or not. That lets you say the page showed $39 from 03 April until Tuesday morning, and prove it.
Every version of your priced pages this year, dated and page by page, for the quarterly review or the auditor.
Tell it which changes matter. It ignores the rest.
Describe what matters in plain language, per monitor. Every change is read against your rule before anything reaches the team.
An alert for the changes that cost you something.
A marketing page changes for a hundred reasons. Write one rule for the handful that matter.
Wording tweaks are archived in silence. The changes you asked about reach the channel.
Found a page nobody is watching? Monitor it right there.
Every web estate has forgotten pages: an agency campaign page, a regional site, an old product page that still ranks. The extension monitors the page you are on.
From found to monitored, before you close the tab.

Find it, monitor it. The page you're reading joins your monitors, archived from its next check.
Plus an in-app activity stream: everything recently captured and everything that changed, in one place.
Three questions, three different tools.
Most teams run the first two. The third usually has no owner, which is how a wrong price sits on a live page for a month while every dashboard stays green.
Uptime & application performance
Availability, response times, server and application errors. Answers whether the page was delivered, and how fast.
Performance layerReal user monitoring & analytics
Sessions, journeys, drop-off, devices and networks. Answers how people used the page once it arrived.
Behaviour layerChangeTower
The words, prices, claims, disclosures and required elements on every page you watch. A dated snapshot on every check, and an AI summary of what moved.
Content layerChangeTower does not measure page speed, sessions or networks, or run synthetic transactions. It reads the page and tells you what changed.
Every page that speaks for you, on its own cadence.
Pages that carry a price, a promise or an obligation deserve a daily check. The rest of the estate can be weekly. Either way, nothing changes without a record.
Pricing & Plan Pages
Prices, plan names, seat limits and what each tier claims. The page customers quote back at you.
dailySign-up & Checkout Pages
Offer terms, trial length, currency and the copy beside the button. Wrong here costs money the same day.
as often as every 5 minutesProduct & Feature Pages
Capability claims, limits and comparison tables, kept honest against what actually shipped.
dailyHomepage & Campaign Pages
Headlines, offers and expiry dates, including landing pages an agency or regional team runs for you.
dailyRequired Page Elements
A trial button, a consent notice, a disclosure, a legal footer: tell ChangeTower they must be present, and hear the moment one is not.
every checkLegal & Policy Pages
Terms, privacy and refund policies. What the page said the day a customer agreed to it, kept and retrievable.
dailyHelp Centre & Docs
Support articles drifting out of step with the product, and with the pricing page.
weeklyRegional & Localized Sites
Every market's version of the same page, so a translation never quietly keeps last quarter's price.
weeklyPartner & Reseller Pages
Pages other people publish about you, where your prices and claims are out of your hands.

Where teams put experience monitoring to work.
Marketing & web teams
Your pricing, product and campaign pages say what you signed off on, and you hear within hours when they stop. No customer tells you the offer expired three weeks ago.
Ecommerce & subscription businesses
Prices, plan names, offer terms and checkout copy watched on every page, in every region. A stale price on one localized site becomes a refund conversation.
Product & release teams
Verify what reached the page after a deploy. A dated snapshot on every check shows what the site said before the release and what it says now.
Agencies & multi-brand sites
One folder per client, brand or region. Alerts route to whoever owns the property, and every site's monitors and archives stay separate.
For experience monitoring, start with these.
The capabilities marketing, web and product teams lean on hardest.
AI Monitoring
Plain-language summaries on every change, and alert rules in your own words, so a price change reaches you and a blog link does not.
Explore →Selective Monitoring
Watch just the plan table, the offer banner or the checkout copy, and ignore the parts that change every day.
Explore →Content Monitoring
Track the words that carry the promise: prices, plan names, claims, disclosures and button labels, at content and HTML level.

Set frequency per page: daily for the marketing site, weekly for the long tail, as often as every 5 minutes on the pages that take money.
Explore →Bulk Setup
Import the whole site in one pass. Every page that matters is monitored in an afternoon, not a quarter.

Cloud-based, always on
No agents, no tags, no code on your site. Checks run from the outside on your schedule, whether anyone is at their desk or not.
Encrypted in transit & at rest
Snapshots, credentials and archives are encrypted end to end. Access is granted explicitly, role by role.
A record you can stand behind
Every snapshot is timestamped and immutable, stored exactly as captured. Say the page showed the right price on Tuesday, and you can show it.
Support that knows the web
Real people help you scope the page list, the cadences and the alert routing. Included with Enterprise plans.
Questions web and marketing teams ask first.
How does digital experience monitoring work in ChangeTower?
You name the pages that speak for you, from pricing and product to campaign and localized pages, and ChangeTower loads each one on the schedule you set and reads what it says. When the words change it tells you in plain language, with a dated snapshot of the page as it was served.
What is a snapshot, and how long is it kept?
A dated capture of a page: the rendered page and the HTML behind it, stored on every scheduled check, changed or not. Each carries a precise timestamp and stays retrievable. It turns "I'm fairly sure that page said $39 last month" into a record you can open.
How is this different from uptime, APM or real user monitoring?
They answer different questions, and most teams need more than one. Uptime and APM tell you the site responded, and how fast. Real user monitoring tells you how visitors moved through it. Neither reads the page. ChangeTower is the content layer: what the page says now, and what changed since the last check. It does not measure page speed, error rates, sessions, devices or networks, or run synthetic transactions. It sits alongside those tools, not instead of them.
Can you alert me when something goes missing, not just changes?
Yes, and on a marketing site that's often the sharper signal. Removed content shows in red, new content in green, so a deleted price line or a dropped disclaimer shows in the change itself. You can also name elements that must always be present, a trial button, a consent notice, a legal footer, and hear the moment one is gone.
Will I get too many alerts?
No, and that's the point of the AI layer. Describe what matters in plain language, such as "alert me when a price, a plan name or a call to action changes, ignore blog links and small wording tweaks", and every change is read and classified before it reaches a channel. Minor edits are archived without an alert: the record is complete, the channel stays quiet.
Can my whole team work from the same alerts?
Yes. Invite teammates and everyone shares the same monitors, alerts and archive. Add teammates to any monitor so the right people hear, and control what each member can see and do: start from Admin or Viewer, or build a custom role permission by permission. Alerts also route by folder, so the web team hears about the marketing site and legal about the policy pages.
Can I watch just one part of a page, such as the price or the CTA?
Yes. Selective monitoring watches one element or section, the plan table, the offer banner or the checkout copy, and ignores the rest. A rotating testimonial or a fresh blog link never reaches you.
Can it check pages behind a login, or on a subdomain we do not run?
Any page reachable by URL can go under a monitor: a documentation subdomain, a regional site, a campaign page your agency runs. For pages behind a login, ChangeTower signs in with credentials you provide and monitors the page the same way, with the same AI summaries, alerts and archive.
How often are pages checked?
You set the frequency per monitor. Daily suits most marketing pages, weekly the long tail of documentation and regional sites, and checks can run as often as every 5 minutes on the pages that take money. Each page gets its own cadence, so critical pages get attention without the rest becoming noise.
How do I find every page on our site worth watching?
Give ChangeTower the root URL and set a cadence: weekly, biweekly or monthly. Each run crawls the domain's public pages, follows every internal link and hands back the full page list, marking which URLs are new since the last run. On a site nobody has mapped in years, that is usually the first useful output. You then choose which pages to monitor, and how often.
Where do alerts get sent?
Email, Slack or Microsoft Teams. Alerts route by folder, so each brand, region or client property reaches the team that owns it.
Can it tell me when a regional or localized page falls out of date?
Yes. Watch each localized page as its own monitor and you hear when one keeps last quarter price or an offer that ended, even while every other region is correct.
Does ChangeTower measure page speed or Core Web Vitals?
No. It does not measure speed, error rates, sessions or devices, and it does not run synthetic transactions. It reads what the page says on your schedule and tells you what changed.
Stop hearing it from a customer first.
Put every page that speaks for you under a monitor. First monitor live in under 5 minutes.
